CWK's mission — 'the manager for entrepreneurs' — needed a platform that integrated AI assistant orchestration, brand-content workflows, and a service-delivery model for non-technical operators. Kensink built it as their technology partner.

01 · THE PROBLEM

Where they were stuck.

Founders are stuck between two failure modes: do brand operations themselves (badly, slowly) or hire a team they can't afford. CWK saw the gap and wanted to fill it with an AI brand guide (Kaia) + a unified Command Center where founders coordinate content, ops, and growth. The architecture had to support non-technical operators without dumbing down the underlying system.

02 · OUR APPROACH

How we built it.

  • 01AI assistant orchestration: Kaia, the brand guide, runs across content + ops + growth surfaces with a coherent persona and memory
  • 02Modular service-delivery model — 'Power Ups' as standalone units that the operator activates per pillar (Mind / Body / Soul / Pocket)
  • 03Command Center: founders see one dashboard regardless of which Power Up is active; switching modes doesn't require context reset
  • 04Brand-content workflows: every output passes a brand-voice eval before publication — the AI assists, the brand never drifts
  • 05Designed for non-technical operators: zero CLI, zero settings.json, every Power Up ships value before configuration
