Foodpanda's Bangladesh expansion required CRM, supply-chain, and payment-gateway integration that fit local market constraints. We led the integration delivery as consultant — handling vendor coordination, payment-gateway local quirks, and the supply-chain logic the global stack didn't account for.

01 · THE PROBLEM
Where they were stuck.
Global food-delivery platforms ship with global assumptions: card payments, Western CRM patterns, supply-chain SLAs that assume modern logistics. Bangladesh's reality is local mobile money + cash on delivery, supply chains that don't always have a single 'shipment' to track, and consumer expectations that lag global norms. Foodpanda needed the system to fit local — without forking the global stack.

How we built it.
