01 · THE PROBLEM

## Where they were stuck.

SMEs run finance on evenings and spreadsheets. Invoices go out late, get paid later, and the month closes in a panic because the data was never clean. A full finance team is expensive and early, so the work falls on the founder and a part-time bookkeeper. The brief was to give an SME the finance function it needs before it can staff one.

02 · OUR APPROACH

## How we built it.

-   01 Invoice automation that raises invoices from orders, sends them, and chases the unpaid ones on a schedule
-   02 Continuous categorization and reconciliation, so the ledger stays right as money moves rather than being rebuilt monthly
-   03 A close-ready ledger year round, turning the monthly and quarterly close into a review instead of a fire drill
-   04 A business AI shaped to the company's own chart of accounts, terms, and workflows, not a fixed template
-   05 Built on the payments and ledger engineering behind NuForce, so the money math ties out
