01 · THE PROBLEM

Where they were stuck.

Our client's enterprise stack had ERP, WMS, and CRM all running in parallel — none of them talking to each other in a way that supported multi-tier supplier verification. Tracing a part back to a Tier-2 supplier for compliance took days of phone calls. The asset-tracking story was 'log into three systems and reconcile manually.'

02 · OUR APPROACH

How we built it.

  • 01Integration patterns: API-led canonical data model in the middle (REST/GraphQL), ERP/WMS/CRM as edge systems wrapping their own data shapes
  • 02Multi-tier delivery graph in Postgres — parts traced from Tier-2 supplier → Tier-1 → assembly → finished good with timestamped chain-of-custody
  • 03Real-time WMS integration via the warehouse's existing barcode scanners — no new hardware required
  • 04ERP/CRM ETL nightly + change-data-capture on critical fields (orders, shipments, returns) for sub-hour latency where it matters
  • 05Compliance reports generated against the multi-tier graph for audit trails on demand
