NuForce AI: The finance department an SME cannot yet afford. Invoicing and books, on autopilot.

NuForce AI is a business AI for SME finance. We built it to take invoicing, categorization, reconciliation, and month-end close off a founder's plate, so a small team runs a real finance function without hiring one. It extends NuForce, the field-service and payments platform we have shipped since 2019, into a standalone AI product.

01 · THE PROBLEM

Where they were stuck.

SMEs run finance on evenings and spreadsheets. Invoices go out late, get paid later, and the month closes in a panic because the data was never clean. A full finance team is expensive and early, so the work falls on the founder and a part-time bookkeeper. The brief was to give an SME the finance function it needs before it can staff one.
